Other aspects of the enterprise project management that have to be thought about and managed include the quality of the deliverable. This has to meet the scope and goals of the business plan so the intended product is created. There are also larger risks involved that need to be correctly dealt with. These risks are on a larger scale because the size of the project is greater. This makes the possible negative impact of a risk to have a greater significance when encountered.

There is a great deal to consider when handling a large scale project and the enterprise project management programs are made to deliver on this scale. The proper usage and implementation of such a program is only as good as the understanding and discipline of the manger that is in charge of the project, but this tool makes it all possible.
