Acceptance Register

When would I use an Acceptance Register and how would I use it?



The Acceptance Register is used by the project team to gain final approval from the customer. The register records every deliverable that is produced by the project, and it lists all of the acceptance tests that have been completed and whether the deliverables meets the requirements of the customer as specified in the initiation phase. Finally the Acceptance register lists all the acceptance tests and whether the deliverables were signed off by the customer as being 100% complete.

Communications Register

Under what situations should I create a Communications Register for my project ? For small, medium and large projects you should always implement a Communications Register. This register will identify all of the communications events that have taken place for the project and also the communications events that are due to take place in the future.
