Project Management Life Cycle
What is the Project Management Life Cycle?
The Project Management Life cycle is a series of stages that the project passes through in order to progress from start to finish. It includes the following phases, project initiation, planning, execution, and closure. These phases are often undertaken in a sequential fashion so that the project is properly planned before the deliverables are constructed. The execution phase is the longest phase in the project management process using project management software such as MPMM you can navigate the project life cycle faster than before.
