What is the Project Management Life Cycle?



The Project Management Life cycle is a series of stages that the project passes through in order to progress from start to finish. It includes the following phases, project initiation, planning, execution, and closure. These phases are often undertaken in a sequential fashion so that the project is properly planned before the deliverables are constructed.
