What is a project Phase Review and why is it used?


Method 123 Management Methodology otherwise know as MPMM, includes Phase Reviews at the end of each major phase of the project. The purpose of the Phase Review is to identify the progress of the project to date and to quantify if the progress meets the requirements of the project. The project Phase Review includes meeting with the project stake holders, and reviewing all of the deliverables produced, determining if that phase is complete and if the project should proceed to the following phase of the project.

Communications Register
