Establishing the Project Charter

I have a Project Charter for a project but it is not very comprehensive. Can you please let me know which items in the Project Charter I should use to complete the Charter for our organization?

It is great that you have a Project Charter for your existing organization. A Project Charter is arguably the most important document within the project because it defines the overall vision and scope of what it is that the project is going to achieve.
