Best Practice Project Management Process

Why is your project management process considered best practice?



Well, firstly we have aligned with the two leading project management software standards in the industry. These are Prince2 and PMBOK. What we did was we created a set of processes that took into account both sets of standards and then we wrote those processes to the next level of depth. This means that the project management process included in MPMM is written at a greater level of depth than any standard on the topic of project management.
