Project Management Process for Financial Plan

Q: My project team is about to create a financial plan and I’d like to know which project management process I should use to do it?

A: Within our project management methodology, there is a separate project management process called “Create a Financial Plan”. This process tells you how to create a financial plan in project management, by listing all of the expenses that are likely to incur during the project management life cycle, forecasting the unit cost of each expense item and then calculating the total expense of the project. This sets out your project budget.
