A project management office methodology called MPOM

If you work in a project management office (PMO) or you want to start one up, then MPOM will help you to do it. MPOM stands for the “Method123 Project management Office Methodology” and it describes how to set up and run a project management office within an organization. It takes you through the entire process for setting up a project office, from establishing the PMO structure and gaining support, to hiring staff and providing PMO services for the business.



Setting up and running an efficient PMO is not a task to be taken lightly.
