Project Management Life Cycle Process Standards

Want to know what we've got in store for you for 2007?

Over the next 12 months, we want to upgrade the product to include each of the worldwide project management standards. You will be able to select a project management life cycle standard such as the PMBOK or Prince2 and navigate to it within MPMM.

We're currently licensing the products to include within MPMM and we hope to have the integration project complete by June 2007.

This will be the first time that such project management life cycle standards have been incorporated within a full project management methodology.

We're also considering becoming a "Registered Educational Partner" (REP) with the Project Management Institute, to enable our partners to take project management training courses in PMI and MPMM.

By aligning with the worldwide standard for online project management, we hope to take MPMM to new levels - and become the "super-methodology" of the project management industry.

Communications Register

Under what situations should I create a Communications Register for my project ? For small, medium and large projects you should always implement a Communications Register. This register will identify all of the communications events that have taken place for the project and also the communications events that are due to take place in the future. The reason for listing the communications events that are due to take place is that it provides a single place where the project manager can use and control communications to stake holders.
