Backing Up Project Management Software Methodologies

Q: I’d like to take regular backups of our project management methodologies that we’ve created using your project management software. What’s the best way for doing this?

A: Using this project management software, you can easily take a complete backup of your entire project management methodology content in one clean hit. Select “Backup Content” from the Tools menu. Then select the location on your PC or file server, that you wish to backup the content to. Make sure that you select a location that has available space to record your methodology file. Then click “Save” and it will backup all of your project management methodologies into a single file.
